At Clivo Media aka Clivo, we’re dedicated to offering high-quality digital marketing services, from SEO and social media marketing to content marketing, PPC, and web development. We want to ensure you’re satisfied with our services. However, since our work is personalized, we have specific rules for refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds work.
1. General Refund Policy
Clivo Media provides customized services for each client. Refunds are only available in certain cases outlined in this policy. We cannot refund any services that have been fully or partially completed unless specified.
2. When You Can Get a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Work Not Started: If you paid for a service but we haven’t started it by the agreed time, you can ask for a full refund.
- Partially Completed Work: If we’ve started your project but haven’t finished, you may get a partial refund based on how much work is completed.
- Failure to Meet Terms: If Clivo Media doesn’t follow the terms of the service agreement, you can ask for a refund or a service credit.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. Requests made after 30 days won’t be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Some of our services cannot be refunded due to the nature of the work:
- SEO Services: SEO is a long-term process influenced by factors like search engine algorithms and competition. We cannot guarantee specific results, so SEO services are non-refundable.
- Social Media Marketing Services: Once we’ve begun social media campaigns or posts, refunds are not possible.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Management: After we launch a PPC campaign, no refunds are available for management fees or ad spending. However, unused ad budgets may be credited, depending on the terms of your agreement.
- Content Marketing Services: Once we start creating blogs, articles, or other content, or after delivering completed content, fees are non-refundable.
- Web Development Services: Custom website design and development fees cannot be refunded after we begin work or once the website is delivered.
4. Cancellation Policy
Here’s how cancellations work:
- Project-Based Services: If you hire us for a specific project (like website design or content marketing), you can cancel before we begin. If we’ve already started, you may get a partial refund based on the amount of work done.
- Ongoing Services: For monthly services (like SEO, social media marketing, or PPC), you must cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for services already delivered in the current billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund, here’s what to do:
- Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your payment receipt and the reason for your refund request.
- Review: We will review your request based on the criteria in this refund policy.
- Decision: We will respond within 7 business days to inform you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
We will refund the money to the original payment method. If this isn’t available, we’ll work with you to find an alternative.
6. Situations Where Refunds Won’t Be Given
Refunds won’t be offered in these situations:
- Client Delays: If we can’t complete work on time because you didn’t provide necessary information or approvals, no refund will be given.
- Personal Preferences: Refunds won’t be given if you don’t like the final product based on personal taste (e.g., if you don’t like a design).
- External Changes: If changes outside our control, like shifts in Google’s algorithm, affect your results, we cannot refund you.
- Third-Party Issues: Refunds cannot be given if third-party services (like Google Ads or Facebook) experience issues beyond our control.
7. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Once we start working on your service, we won’t issue refunds if you simply change your mind. Please ensure you’re sure about what you need before making a purchase.
8. Clivo Media’s Right to Terminate Services
Clivo Media reserves the right to end any service agreement due to non-payment or breach of contract. In such cases, any fees paid before termination will not be refunded.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and the latest update date will be shown. If you continue using our services after the policy is updated, you agree to the new terms.
